CORT First Friday Webinar - Building Wellness Infrastructure: How We Foster Wellness in Uncertain Times

Description

Employee wellbeing requires consistent, dedicated initiatives and support. At Indiana Legal Services, the employee Wellness Committee creates programming, participates in policy conversations, and solicits feedback from staff to foster an environment in which employees can thrive personally and professionally. In this session, you'll hear from two committee members on how the committee functions and why advocating for employee well-being is critical to institutional health, especially in uncertain times.
